CUSTOM Tour "Terms and Conditions"

This information is subject to changes and updates at any time.  The "Terms and Conditions" included with any Contractual Agreement for services may be be somewhat different  for each Custom Private Tour and for each of our Scheduled Tours.

Terms and Conditions

You understand and agree that the owners of TourTheSouthwest.com LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, physical injury of any kind, damages for loss of profits, and damages for loss of property as a result of any tour or other services booked through us. Your only and sole recourse is through our commercial liability company, the vehicle insurance company, or your own insurance company.

TourTheSouthwest.com, L.L.C. does not always provide the actual tour guide, shuttle services, limousine service and other services. When using our services, you understand that TourTheSouthwest.com LLC sometimes acts as a booking agency for different services, tour companies, and independent guides. We do not own or directly control the tour companies, independent guides and vehicle lease or rental companies through whom we sometimes book tours and services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel your tour(s), most deposits are NOT refundable. If you have to cancel due to unforeseen reasons, we will work with you to reschedule, but will not make any refunds. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment, deposit, travel and tour commitments. We usually require a NON-refundable $300 deposit for most of our "SCHEDULED" tours.   We usually require a 50% NON-refundable deposit for all of our "CUSTOM" tours. A NON-refundable full payment is required for most tours at least 60 days before the first tour day.  No tour or contract cancellations will be accepted within 60 days prior to the first tour date.

No reduction in the number of contracted tour days will be accepted within 60 days prior to the first tour date for a CUSTOM tour. Additional tour days can only be added if the tour, guide, driver and dates are available.

If TourTheSouthwest.com LLC, our designated Tour Operator, our tour guide, our designated Shuttle Service, or our designated Motor Coach Company cancels your confirmed and scheduled tour prior to departure for any reason, you will receive a FULL refund of any charges for said services canceled. If we are forced to cancel a trip in progress, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days not completed on the trip.

We will also be happy to assist you in booking another tour that will accommodate your time schedule when possible. So far we have never canceled any tour for any reason, including weather.

We will not be responsible for any refund for any airline tickets purchased or for any nonrefundable airline tickets purchased by the passenger.

Contractual Agreement

A “Contractual Agreement” will be provided and must be approved and signed for "Scheduled Bus Tours" and most "Custom Multi-day Tours"", “Custom Shuttle Services”, “Custom Motor Coach Bus Tours”, "Custom VIP Tours", and "Custom Limousine Tours".

deposits & Payments

We usually require a 50% deposit for all of our 'CUSTOM" tours.  The balance is due 60 days prior to the first tour date.   When you sign a “Contractual Agreement” or make a deposit towards one or more of our tours, you are agreeing to all the following "Terms and Conditions"

Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment, deposit, travel, and tour commitments. We especially recommend insurance when you book a multi-day custom private tour, as your deposit and commitment can be quite substantial. We also recommend that you have your own accident, liability and personal property insurance. An online source for travel insurance with reasonable rates is http://csatravelprotection.com. We do NOT get a commission from this company, but our clients have been very satisfied with their products and price.

The vehicles used for our Private Custom Tours and Shuttle Services that we do ourselves are usually insured only through our vehicle rental companies. Each of our sub-contracted tour agents and vehicle providers may have their own vehicle insurance policy or may also purchase a policy from the vehicle Rental/least Company. Vehicle insurance policies can be significantly different and only minimum coverage may be available.

We carry our own commercial liability policy.
